If there is any computer security incident, software vulnerabilities or an outbreak of malicious code that could specifically target Nepalese Computer Systems, we will use this page to notify the users & discuss ways to   migrate/protect our infrastructure from those threats. Currently, we are unaware of any such recent malicious activities. Do contact us at: security@nepcert.org.np if you think we are unaware of any-such outbreak. You can also send us any malicious codes like viruses, worm, spywares etc for us to further analyze in our lab. Use our Incident Reporting Form if possible.  

 



Spamming Activity Checked

 - Promising better salary, the company jobsnepal.info has been active in different cities of Nepal luring innocent people in name of part time jobs with a pyramid business modal, which is itself illegal, and active in spamming. But with joint effort from Nepalese ISP initiation were undertaken on May 9, 2007 to check this activity. As a outcome of which spamming activity from the company has been checked to zero by October 21, 2007.
